Bauer Signs Minor League Deal With Dodgers

On February 21st, former Long Island Duck Rick Bauer signed a minor league deal with the Los Angeles Dodgers. 

Bauer played 187 games in the major leagues for the Baltimore Orioles, Texas Rangers, and Cleveland Indians from 2001-2008. He has a major league career 11-14 record with a 4.51 ERA.

Bauer pitched 15 games for the Ducks in 2010. He had a  3-9 record with a 5.49 ERA in 83.2 innings pitched that season.
